I can NOT blame Batwoman. I really can't. She's also one of my favorite characters in DC. She's an asskicking, crime-fighting lesbian and I love heroes like that. I just only wish the DC management can be able to treat her right unlike other characters.
I used to think lesbian was a nationality until sometime in high school. You know, from one of those Slavic countries hovering around the western edge of Russia. Mistaking it for a religion is equally if not moreso hilarious.
Well I like SBFF as they are what all superheroes are supposed to be, funny and clownlike. Superheroes are like clowns. A "serious" or Pierrot clown needs a silly clown to balance him out, and make the humour show, without that, it is just a man painted.
If I remember my clowns rightly a pierrot clown is a clown dressed in all white that talked a lot and acts like the "smart one", he is accompanied with a "silly clown" whit a classical orange wig. he doesn't talk but is actually the more intelligent of the two. There are a lot of simularites between these two types of clown and Disneys "Timon and Pumbaa". Anyway just so we are clear.
My point is, that if everyone acts all serious, and if they are also taken serious, despite the fact that they ARE clowns then it just became really really dumb.
Superman and all his "friends" really should get a course from Freakazoid or The Mask of how a superhero are supposed to be.
Lesson 1: Don't take yourself serious, you just makes it a little more toony.
