Jason Takes Manehattan by PixelKitties Jason Takes Manehattan by PixelKitties
Today I received three months of Deviant Art Premium from an awesome benefactor! They asked to remain anonymous, but did make a special request for a piece of pony art featuring The Great and Powerful Trixie! I've been wanting to do something with her for a while and was struck with inspiration while perusing my DVD collection today!

Thank you so much, Anonymous! I hope you like what I came up with!

PS- F13 Part VII is a grossly underrated entry in the series. I know it was neutered by the MPAA, but, come on, that is the ULTIMATE Zombie Jason, exposed spinal column and all!

I did done redood it!

Alternatively...

Dear Princess Celestia,

Another slasher villain showed up, easily detained; no worries. A quick Applebuck to...a certain sensitive area put him down right quick, then it was just a matter of a few restraining spells.

What should we do with this one? I know your policy is to at least attempt reformation, but there are only a few ways we could keep this...Jason character safely confined--and I'm running out of jars, so our old standby may be out. Maybe try turning him into a colt or something?

Your perplexed student,
Twilight Sparkle

Turning him to stone would probably be best. Of course it all depends on whether or not Jason sees the ponies as targets or just as something to ignore whole he hunts down some two-legged teenagers.

Though it has to be admitted, despite his unspeakable death toll, Jason probably rivals Leatherface for the 'most likely to be redeemed' slasher villain. From the start Leatherface was shown as not knowing he was doing anything wrong -- his family raised him as a cannibal and abused him rather routinely -- and Jason was trying to get revenge for his death and his mother's (in a horribe and demented way, but still).

As compared to, say, Freddy Krueger. It's worthwhile to note that in the surprisingly well done (for its genre) Freddy Vs. Jason, which starts by showing both the killers in Hell, that Jason is displayed endlessly killing the teenagers he once slew -- while Freddy is stuck in the burning boiler room he died in, surrounded by images of the children he murdered, and unable to touch any of them.

Jason's Hell is him engaged in endless murder. Freddy's is him unable to engage in endless murder.

Turning him to stone would probably be best.

It would free up a lot of jars for tasty jams, too...and mean less chance of tiny slasher villains running around. :D

Huh, didn't know that about Jason vs. Freddy.

I'm averse to what seems like the Woobification of Jason Freaking Vorhees, but I'd never expect anything as...poignant as the Hell scene you described from a slasher movie.

And talking Jason and Freddy and ponies, here's what would happen if Krueger tried his nonsense in Equestria:

Freddy may be a nightmare demon, but Luna is the goddess/alicorn of dreams. She definitely outweighs him in the Dream Realm.
